Mafia: The Old Country takes us back to the origins of the cult saga, in Sicily at the beginning of the 20th century. After the success of Mafia III, 2K Games is banking everything on this prequel, which promises to take us through the rise of a small-time hoodlum in the authentic Italy of the time.

You'll be playing the role of a completely new character in a completely new story, far removed from the United States as we know it. The story focuses on Sicilian codes of honour and the birth of what would later become the American Mafia. The Hangar 13 studio has pulled out all the stops in terms of historical immersion and period authenticity.
