Ubisoft could end up as the company that takes Arkane Lyon off Xbox's hands, and with it, Marvel's Blade. A new report says the publisher is a possible buyer for the studio, which is running out of time to find a new owner.
Arkane was one of several studios Xbox divested earlier this year. Most of those teams have since gone independent again, but Ninja Theory is expected to close after its deals fell through, which is the outcome Arkane is trying to avoid.
The report's excerpt doesn't say how far talks have progressed, so nothing is settled yet. Still, for a game the herd has been waiting to hear more about, a new home would be welcome news.
