At Gamer Deer, We know you're anxious to get your new equipment. We will do our utmost to process your order quickly and deliver it to you in the best possible condition.
1. Delivery zones
We currently deliver to mainland France, Belgium and Switzerland.
2. Processing and dispatch times
Before your order can be dispatched, we have to prepare it.
- Processing time : Your order is validated, checked and packaged under 24 to 48 hours (working days) after your purchase.
- Shipping : Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
3. Delivery times
To bring you the best gaming accessories at the right price, we stock our products in several centralised international warehouses (Europe and Asia).
- Average delivery time : 7 to 15 working days depending on your location.
- During periods of high demand (sales, Christmas, Black Friday), these times may be slightly extended to 20 working days.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs services or local carriers (La Poste, Colis Privé, etc.), but we remain at your disposal to track your parcel with you.
4. Order tracking
Total transparency. For each order, a tracking number is provided to you. You can track the progress of your parcel directly on our website via the “Track my order” page or on the carrier's website indicated in the dispatch e-mail. Please note that tracking may take 2 to 3 days to activate after dispatch.
5. Delivery in several packages
As we work with different specialist partners (one for keyboards, another for mice, etc.), if you order several different items, it is possible that they will arrive in different parts of the world. separate packages a few days apart. Don't worry if you only receive part of your order, the rest is on its way!
6. Customs duties
The vast majority of our parcels for France do not incur any customs charges. However, for orders shipped from outside the European Union, import taxes or customs fees may apply upon arrival depending on local legislation. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Gamer Deer.
7. Delivery problems
- Incomplete address : Gamer Deer cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to an error in the address provided by the customer.
- Lost parcel : If your parcel is declared “lost” by the carrier after investigation, we undertake to return the product to you at our expense or to refund you in full.
