Refunds and Returns Policy

At Gamer Deer, Our priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If an item does not meet your expectations, we have set up a simple and transparent returns procedure that complies with French legislation.

1. Right of withdrawal (Satisfied or your money back)

You have a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return an item, without having to give any reason.

Once your returns request has been validated by our customer service department, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

2. Conditions of eligibility for return

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging (untorn).
  • It must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as unwrapped in-ear headphones cannot be returned.

3. How do I make a return?

The procedure is simple. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer (in Asia or elsewhere). All returns must be sent to our address in France.

  1. Send an e-mail to hello@gamerdeer.com with your order number and the name of the item to be returned.
  2. We will confirm the return address in France.
  3. Pack the product carefully and send it to the address indicated (via La Poste or another carrier with tracking).

4. Return costs

  • Withdrawal (Change of mind) : You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. These costs are not refundable.
  • Defective item or error on our part : If you receive a product that is damaged or does not conform to your order, Gamer Deer will pay the return postage or offer you an immediate free replacement (see section 6).

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team in France :

  1. We will send you an e-mail to notify you of receipt.
  2. If the return is approved (new and complete item), your refund will be processed.
  3. The credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 working days (depending on bank processing times).

The refund includes the price of the products. If you paid a standard initial delivery charge, this will also be refunded.

6. Defective or damaged items

Despite the care taken by our logistics partners, a parcel may be damaged in transit.

If you receive a faulty item:

  1. Take clear photos of the defect or damaged packaging.
  2. Send them immediately to hello@gamerdeer.com.
  3. We will offer you either the immediate return of a new item (at our expense), or a full refund without the need for a physical return.

7. Late repayment

If you have not yet received your refund after 15 days:

  1. First check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank (there is often a processing time before it is officially posted).
  3. If you still haven't received anything, please contact us at hello@gamerdeer.com.
