Battlefield 6 is technically well built, but it trades squad tactics and objective play for non-stop run-and-gun deathmatch. Maze-like maps, shaky netcode and an interface crowded with Redsec leave the franchise without an identity.
- Technically well built
- Enjoyable in short bursts
- Golmud Railway, a rare map with room to breathe
- Deathmatch-style play with little teamplay
- Maze-like maps with far too many entrances and exits
- No real cover and no clear front lines
You should buy this if:
You want a pure run-and-gun shooter and have no attachment to what Battlefield used to be. If you are here for squad play, clear front lines and objectives, skip it for now and wait until the map design and time to kill are fixed.
